It's often difficult to decide which fraternity is right for you, or even if you want to rush a fraternity at all. However, Greek Life offers many advantages for students, including:
- A supportive group of brothers throughout your time in college
- Networking opportunities after college
- Leadership and event organization experience
- Opportunities to give back to the community through community service
- Encouragement of better academic performance.
Many fraternities can offer these advantages, but why does this mean you should rush SAE at NMSU? Here's why:
- True Athletics - We have won 32 out of the last 41 Greek Weeks at NMSU, and frequently participate in a number of intramural sports.
- True Scholarship - We require members to maintain a 2.5 GPA. Our diverse fraternity has members studying in several majors and can offer help in these areas.
- True Networking - Sigma Alpha Epsilon is the largest National Fraternity, having over 290 thousand living members.
- Dues - Our chapter offers the second lowest dues on campus.
- True Brotherhood - This, you will just have to come experience for yourself. Come to some of our rush week events and get to know our chapter.
Joining a fraternity may seem like a huge decision to make. However, the brothers of New Mexico Phi will tell you they can't imagine how their college experience would have been had they not chosen to rush SAE. We hope to see you at our rush events in Spring 2010!
